Travel Expenses

10 miles total travel is included per appointment. For distances over 10 miles, the travel charges are 45p per mile.

Parking – Parking expenses are charged to the client.

 

Sunday & Bank Holiday Bookings

£30 Surcharge for bookings on a Sunday or Bank Holiday

 

Payment Terms

The consultation fee is required prior to appointment by BACS or on the day in cash. The same for the wedding day make up, this can be paid by BACS 7 days prior to your wedding or on the day in cash.

 

Client Responsibility

It’s the clients responsibly to make Maxi Grace aware when you book of any known skin allergies that they or their bridal party may have, and if so I highly recommend a consultation.

 

Cancellation

If cancellation is made by myself you will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellation of the booking by the client – any payment already made will not be refunded. Any booking cancelled 2 weeks prior to wedding day will still be charged at 90%. Please let Maxi Grace know as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

I am fully insured with BABTAC.
